Mary Curtis Ramsay Harley (1925-2007) was a professional artist who received training at the Art Students League in New York and was a long-time member of the Artists Guild of Spartanburg. The Curtis R. Harley Art Gallery at the University of South Carolina Upstate is named in her honor.
